The design of this hotel is beautiful! It truly took our breath away and felt like such a special way to start our holiday. There is lovely attention to detail in its design, from frangipani mosaics on the floor to the colourful bunting being hung for Songkran. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and equally as pretty. Nice bathroom too. The pool area is particularly lovely. Situated around a pagoda bar, it is covered with lovely trees. You truly wouldn’t know you were smack back in crazy Patong as it feels so tropical and luxurious. I was worried about noise throughout the night but it wasn’t a problem at all. We could hear a little bit of the live music from the Irish bar outside in the night it wasn’t a bother and certainly didn’t keep us from a good nights sleep. The hotel is far enough from Bangla Rod that there’s no disturbance from clubs/bars there, but, still within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this hotel and its beautiful facilities.

Not long back from a fabulous 10 night stay at this facility (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculately cleaned when we requested servicing of the room. We booked with breakfast included and were not disappointed - there was plenty of options to suit the whole family at the buffet breakfast. The pool is perfectly adequate to chill out in and enjoy a drink at the poolside bar (only suggestion is that maybe look at having some sun loungers that are adjustable so you can lie down on you front if you want to). Located just across the road from the beach and easy walking distance to Bangla Road (but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise). Highly recommend.

Quality Beach Resort and Spa is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the Patong area. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had the pool access room, which I highly recommend. It was perfect for spending time at the pool and having drinks in the evenings after the sun went down. There are MANY restaurant options available outside the hotel in walking distance. Bangla Road is only a few minutes walk away for those who enjoy the nightlife scene. The breakfast was good with many different dishes to choose from.
